Above rates are for single or double occupancy in a 1 bedroom and quad in the two bedroom villas.

Add $30US for each additional person over 12 years of age.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Accommodations are subject to 9% hotel Tax and 10% Service charge. Rates above does not includes transfer to and from San Pedro Airstrip. The cost of these transfers is $25 USD per person and children under the age of 12 years is $12.50. Charges can be added to guest bill.

BOOKING /HOTEL POLICY:

Each reservations must be guaranteed by VISA, Mastercard or American Express to confirm reservations.
A deposit of $100 per room is due at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. For packages, a deposit of $200USD per person is due at the time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 30 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is due upon booking.

During the Holiday Season there is a 5 night stay minimum requirement.

Once booking is confirmed, there will be a $20.00 charge for each change.

All reservations made online are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged in full when you complete your reservation.

Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Tours, flights, Phone Calls, Room Service.
No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund less $50.00 per room cancellation fee will be granted if cancellation is received no less than 45 days prior to arrival.

There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per room if cancellation is received 44 – 30 days prior to arrival.

There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per room plus one night’s room rental if notice is received 30 – 20 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is received less than 20 days or less prior to arrival, there will be No Refund.

Unused portions of accommodations, due to any circumstances, including but not limited to airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues are non-refundable.
