Belize Legacy Beach Resort is 7.2 miles North of San Pedro Town.  Located just minutes away from the Barrier Reef, guest can enjoy snorkeling, diving and fishing activities.  Guest can also use our complimentary kayaks to paddle out to the reef for snorkeling or just for fun. 

Both American Airline and Continental Airlines fly daily to Belize City. American flies through Miami and Continental through Houston (Continental also offers a weekly non-stop flight—every Saturday— from Newark’s Liberty Airport to Belize City). US Air flies through Charlotte, NC, and Delta Airlines has direct flights from Atlanta. TACA Airlines also flies into Belize City. Check with the individual air carrier or your travel agent for prices and the most convenient connection from your area.


There are two ways you can get to us – fly or take a water taxi over to the Island.

You can fly from the International Airport over to San Pedro.  The flight is 15 minutes and flights leave the International Airport to San Pedro every hour, with the last flight at 5:40pm.  Please allow 30 minutes for check at the airline.  The other option is by water taxi.  Once you have arrived in Belize, you will need to take a taxi into Belize City and go to the Caye Caulker Water Taxi Terminal.  The cost of the boat ride is $20USD round trip.  These trips are frequent with the last boat at 4:30 over to San Pedro.  The boat ride is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.  You will need to arrive 40 minutes before in order to purchase tickets. 

Once you have finalized your travel plans, inform the resort and we will arrange for our uniformed taxi driver to meet you at either the water taxi terminal or the airstrip.  We will then take you to our in-town pier for your boat ride to the resort.
